Once you’ve stepped out of the door, let your dog sit on your side, facing front just like you. Create a signal like tapping your foot twice or saying ” Let’s go” before you begin walking him. While you are walking, talk to him, pat him on the back, give him a treat if he followed simple instructions. Once you’ve started walking your dog on the streets, take him out 2-3 days a week after that. Follow-through is important so it would register in his brain faster.

Some challenges that you might encounter:
